I don't have much news to speak of, other than I've been on break all week (:
I've done nothing overly productive, and it's great!
I got a really awesome new sketchbook, it's actually a "journal" so it has thinner paper, but it's unlined and it's awesome, I prefer to draw on computer / printer paper anyway, so this is an epic find! I got it for 7 bucks at Barnes & Noble on sale and it has a picture of Katsushika Hokusai's The Great Wave of Kanagawa print, which I love! I felt super cliche, but I don't care its awesome!

I'm attempting to make my journal look "better", and I don't really know what i want right now for sure but I'm playing around with it and having fun (: I'm also taking a little trip back to some 90's alt. rock & it's fantastic! I'm home this weekend to try and track down some of my artwork that I've done durring my first year & a half of college, most of which isn't even on dA , so I have to photograph it & scan it before 24 hour review! I'm not fully sure what I'm going to do to present the art work but I have a feeling it will be interesting to do all the same, I like looking at my old artwork and laughing at myself! I found an OLD sketchbook from (I think) middle school, and I'm pretty amazed at the level of my emo-ness that was trying to come through in the pictures of proportionally challenged people with broken hearts, stars and tears. I never really thought of myself as a depressive person but I'm starting to think that my middle school years were a little more tormented than I remember? (: lol, I'm so interested in this whole CSS thing right now. My HTML (Web Programming I) class has made me love all this stuff again!
